ADMISSION OF NEW DIRECTOR

As per section 260 and section, 284 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Articles of Association of an organization are the wellspring of power from where the Board of Directors attracts the option to add new executives to the Board or evacuate existing ones. The Articles of Incorporation must accommodate the expansion of Directors. The individual selected must be qualified according to the pertinent conditions in the Articles of Association and must give his agreement to be a chief in composed structure that the organization must enlist with itself.
